I suddenly realised last week that OMFG we have 3 weeks until the end of semester and my review-of-doom, and that of course means getting my arse into gear so that I have some you know... actual art to show off - as opposed to just concepts :P
Liquid light sadly was not co-operative *cries some more* so we've put it off until next semester. Instead I have been working on an incredibly small scale. 2 x 1.5cm to be precise :D
I have slide projector blanks that I have been adding ink and gouache washes to, then scratching back into and drawing on with mapping pens. The plan is to project these onto a wall and capture them digitally, then take the large format digital image into photoshop and after effects so I can mess with it some more. I'm a bit too poor to have the end result printed out large format - so the presentation will be projected for now. But yay!

Assignments forsj_ficathon were sent out and I'm in a slight panic state at that, seeing as one prompt is absolutely out of the question as it deals with season 10 events which I'm semi unspoiled for. :( Prompt number one it is! And, oh God, I have to get myself all shipperly for this pairing somehow. Maybe if I rewatch a few key episodes...
