Wow! You took "need for speed" into a sense of urgency I never imagined at all! Poor Sam, so confused. What a wonderful journey with her. I loved following her point of view throughout. You kept the memories and dreams and reality flowing together very well. And Daniel by her side the whole time, aw. So sweet.
Hee. I could relate to the beginning and post anesthesia grogginess, that's for sure! Aw! JANET!!!!!! Whoo hoo! But yet, not quite Janet *sniffle* and Martouf. And Jonah! I thought you were going to some weird, people she has lost or something for a while, with that blood of sokar red herring.
And yes it was a nice twist on the smarm/ship/slash motif of hypothermia makes the two characters of choice have to cuddle for warmth. LOL.
